MINORS

16 and 17 : Can get most piercings with parental consent. (no nipples or genitals)

A parent must be present with matching state issued IDs (same last name and address) if they are different for any reason we will need a birth certificate also.

15 and Younger : can get ear lobes and outer ear cartilage with parental consent as long as they are old enough to tell us that they want it done
